Specific Skills

 

  • Contacting existing water heater rental customers, identifying the type of equipment they use to heat their residential/ business units and selling heating (Furnace), cooling (AC), plumbing and electrical protection plans to maintain sales relationships with existing clients
  • Selling water heaters to existing and new clients by analyzing various requirements for the type of units and client's preference and advising the clients about the benefits, features, cost effectiveness, price, and installation charges of the water heater
  • Estimate the costs of installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and replacing equipment or services (Water Heaters, Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Water Purifiers, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Protection plans)
  • Handling customer service inquiries from existing and new customers across Canada to provide services that suits the customer's Water Heaters, Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Water Purifiers, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical needs
  • Setting up HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) appointments to give the customers a presentation under a free quote on a brand-new Air Conditioning Unit or Furnace with different options (Rental, Buyout, Finance etc.) and the visit may cover to illustrate the benefits of having a water purification installed by conducting a water purification test, if the customer is interested
  • Upgrading existing customers to a combo plan for a better value by understanding client's needs and assist in the selection of products and services that best suits their needs
  • Maintaining updated technical product or service knowledge to describe the features and benefits to customers and answer questions that the clients may have about the products or services
  • Arranging yearly inspection for the maintenance of heating and cooling equipment's according to client's request to provide ongoing support to make sure the equipment is working efficiently
  • Advising customers about approximate prices for the parts leg: Blower Motor, Circuit Board, A-Coil etc.) for their AC and Furnace and explaining the benefits of the protection plans and stating how much they can potentially save
  • Upselling Annual Maintenance plans to existing/ non-existing customers, illustrating the advantages and importance of regular maintenance of Furnace and AC (Carbon Monoxide Testing, Inspection of Thermostat, Heat Exchanger, Gas Piping etc.)
  • Conducting courtesy customer service calls to new Water Heater, Furnace and Air Conditioning customers, updating correct information (such as billing information) as per customer profile requirements to maintain the after-sale rental customer records
  • Receiving inbound customer service or sales calls for Water Heaters, Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Water Purifiers, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. Answering any questions/ inquiries they may have as well as resolving any issues they may be facing by probing or troubleshooting problems to a certain extent and provide ongoing support
  • As part of the Customer Solutions Team, our job is to retain customers while promoting the benefits and services we offer.
  • Team members are experienced with handling calls from customers looking to return/buyout their rental equipment. The team also handles booking replacements and conversations.
  • We support this by:
    1. Listening to customers to understand their needs.
    2. Offer customers the right solution based on their unique needs and priorities.
    3. Delivering superior customer experience.
