Specific Skills
- Supervise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of staff, set staff work schedule and monitor staff performance
- Recruit and train staff in job duties
- Assist customers by providing information on services provided and recommending services as per customer needs
- Address & resolve customers' complaints or concerns
- Control inventory and manage costs.
- Troubleshoot equipment and arrange for maintenance for smooth business operations
- Requisition material and supplies
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures accordingly
- Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety regulations are obeyed
- Participate with the management team in creation of marketing plans and implement strategies to improve overall service and customer satisfaction
- May perform other duties as required
