Specific Skills
- Responsible for managing the physical security of an assigned site with a team of 3-5 security guards by providing a professional, efficient, and approachable security services.
- Liaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
- Ensuring that all security guards carry out their duties in an efficient and responsible manner.
- Preparing statements/incident reports on internal and external violations, unsafe conditions, trespassing, potential hazards, suspicious persons, and activities.
- Enforce property rules, city bi-laws, and other applicable laws.
- Answering and monitoring the site security radio system.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
- Conducting regular patrols of the entire property as directed, identifying risks and conditions that present safety issues.
- Training new hires and performing other duties as assigned or directed.
- Writing and emailing daily shift reports to the client service manager at the end of each shift.
