scene designer assistant

We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer Assistant to join our team. As a Design Assistant, you will work closely with our design team to assist in the creation and development of various design projects. 

The Designer Assistant helps to create design documentation, such as written plans, diagrams, sketches and drawings, or a set model. 

Responsibilities: 

- Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for various projects 

- Assist in the development of design concepts and ideas 

- Conduct research on current design trends and industry best practices 

- Prepare and organize design files and assets 

- Assist in the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements 

- Support the team in executing design projects from concept to completion 

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all design work 

Requires Skills: 

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques 

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.50-$25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Experience:
