Job duties:

 Oversee and coordinate the sales team and cashiers

 Assign tasks to sales team and arrange their work schedules.

 Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

 Address any arising concerns, such as customer requests, complaints, and inventory

shortages

 Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

 Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

 Hire and train new sales staff and evaulate their performance

 Ensure the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness

 Assist in opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and

implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.

Other qualifications and attributes required:

 High School is required

 One to two years of experience
