Location: 1 PAYMENT STREET ELIE, MB R0H 0H0
Wage Rate: $15.50 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, day, evening, Weekend, Overtime if required.
Education: High School.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar field required
Languages: English
Benefits: Relocation expenses and medical insurance for first three months, if required.
Job Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.
- Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policy are followed.
