Position: 1 Office Administrator ($27.00 Per Hour) Permanent, Full Time (30-40 Hours per week) required immediately for ALPHA TRANS LTD.

Specific Skills

  • Administering and verify accuracy of works and schedules of employees.
  • Manage performance standards and complex administrative issues.
  • Monitor and verify accuracy of Financial Records, deposits, withdrawals, payments by cheque/ credits cards etc.
  • Administering and provide time sheets of employees to the Accounts department.
  • Monthly analysis on profits and budgets.
  • Organizing the recruitment, hiring and training of new employees. 
  • Schedule, monitor, evaluate and provide direction to staff.
  • Resolve work related problems and customer complaints.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Prepare reports regarding, budget, and employee matters.
  • Formulate policy and procedures in co-ordination between staff and senior Management.
