Specific Skills

• Carry out mechanical test and analysis using hose testing machine.
• Prepare and interpret conventional and computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering designs, drawings and specifications for machines and components and using software such as solid works to manufacture assemblies. 
• Ensure smooth operation of machinery, analysis machines, test machines and equipment.
• Repair and maintenance of machines and equipment after use.
• Test quality of raw material and components.
• Assist in prepare reports, contracts, estimate costs and material.
• Contact external clients and obtain information such as design, product, schedule and contact information.
• Manage time commitments and forecast requirements to meet individual contract assignments without cost overruns.
• Conduct tests and analyses of machines, components and materials to determine their performance, strength, response to stress and other characteristics.
