Food Service Supervisor

Sushi Taku Restaurant located in Vancouver, BC is looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor.

Position and Period: Food Service Supervisor, Permanent

Hourly wage and working hrs: $18.50 per hour and 30~40 hrs per week (Full time)

Work address: 4902 Joyce St, Vancouver, BC V5R 4G6

Start date: As soon as possible

Main duties are

- Supervise and schedule the preparing and staffs' activities 

- Check the inventory regularly and order estimated amount of ingredients and supplies

- Keep, maintain and update the records of stock, sales and wastage

- Train food staffs on their duties, hygiene and safety regulation

- Ensure the food and service meet the quality control standards

Job Requirement:

- 1 and half years or higher of experience in food preparation or service

- Secondary (High school) graduation or higher

- Able to communicate in English

- Able to work on weekends and evening
