Job Duties:
- Assist early childhood educators in developing various programs for overall child development.
- Interact with children with various activities including art, story-telling and music.
- Assist the children in proper hygiene practices such as eating and dressing.
- Observe the children and prepare reports for early childhood supervisors.
- Arrange meals for children, maintain and order daycare equipment as required.
- Discuss child progress with parents and senior educators.
Job Requirements:
- Secondary school
- Some experience in child care will be an asset
- Licensing in early childhood education OR Post-Secondary courses in early childhood education will be an asset
- Language Requirements - English
