Job duties:

● Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to the restaurant's menu and following established company standards.

● Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

● Oversee kitchen operations in a very busy location restaurant/pub

● Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, stores and rotate stock

● Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes kitchen and work area as per standards

● Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

● Prepares, cooks, and presents food to order, adhering to company food preparation, food handling, and timing standards.

● Completes assigned “prep work” as needed.

● Assists service assistants periodically.

● Adheres to all safe food handling principles.

● Customer orders are prepared following company specifications, food handling, and

timing standards.

Qualifications and attributes required:

● Minimum experience: 1 Years experience as a cook in the food industry.

● Possession of food safe certificate and asset.

● High School is required
