Café Il Nido – Food Service Supervisor

Café Il Nido is hiring a Food Service Supervisor. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Job Description:

Ensure a professional level of customer service is delivered by all staff.

Make sure every customer receives excellent service by the staff.

Liaise closely with the owner to monitor financial performance

Supervise the activities and organize the work schedules of the staff

Maintain records of sales stock, and services.

Order ingredients and supplies.

Hire and train staff if needed.

Resolve customer complaints.

You need to meet the following qualifications:

Secondary school education is required.

1-2 years of experience in food preparation or service OR completion of a college program in food service administrative, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline. 

Language of work: English

Your hourly wage will be $16

Benefits: 4% Vacation pay

This is a full-time, permanent position.
