- Ensure office equipment’s are working smoothly.
- Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
- Issue purchase orders for office requirements.
- Organizing the recruitment, hiring and training of office staff.
- Schedule, monitor, evaluate and provide direction to staff.
- Monitor accuracy of financial records, account payable and receivable.
- Prepare periodically financial report.
- Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Prepare reports regarding, budget, and employee matters.
- Formulate policy and procedures in co-ordination between staff and senior Management.
