We are looking for a candidate who can fulfill following tasks:
- Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
- Train, direct and motivate staff
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- Provide customer service
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize conferences and meetings
- May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
