Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the college office, including organizing schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
2. Assisting students with inquiries and provide information about academic programs, admission procedures, financial aid, and other student services.
3. Providing administrative support to various departments within the college, including faculty, academic departments, and student services.
4. Maintaining accurate records and databases related to student enrollment, attendance, grades, and academic progress.
5. Coordinating facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations as needed, ensuring that campus facilities are well-maintained and conducive to learning.
6. Organizing and coordinating events such as orientations, graduation ceremonies, workshops, and seminars.Assisting with budget planning and monitoring expenses, ensuring expenditures are within budget constraints.
7. Assisting in implementing and enforcing college policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Supervising administrative staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
9. Serving as a liaison between college administration, faculty, students, and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
10. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as college administration or regulatory agencies require.
11. Assisting with the admissions process, including processing applications, coordinating admissions interviews, and communicating admissions decisions to applicants.
12. Providing support to faculty members, such as scheduling classes, arranging academic meetings, and assisting with course materials.
13. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards governing private colleges.
